Hospice & Palliative Care Nurse | Elder Care Administrator | Wound & Psychiatric Care Specialist
Rosie Cruz is a devoted Registered Nurse with over 18 years of clinical experience in hospice, palliative, psychiatric, and wound care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is nationally certified as a Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) as well as a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) Administrator.
Rosie’s professional journey reflects a deep calling to serve others during life’s most vulnerable moments. Her work in end-of-life care is complemented by specialized skills in wound management and psychiatric nursing, allowing her to address both the physical and emotional complexities of patient care with confidence, compassion, and clinical precision.
Throughout her career, Rosie has served in esteemed healthcare systems such as Kaiser Permanente, Sharp Healthcare, and San Diego Hospice. Her leadership in crisis intervention, symptom control, and interdisciplinary team management has made her a trusted advocate for patients and families alike.
A woman of strong faith, Rosie approaches each day as a mission—to be a vessel of God’s grace and healing presence in the lives of those she touches. She is also an active member of the Philippine Nurses Association of America and South Riverside County, continuing to uplift the nursing profession through community service and education.
Our Dedicated Staff
Holistic care is delivered by an interdisciplinary team of professionals consisting of the patient’s attending physician, RN, hospice medical director, a licensed social worker, spiritual counselor, certified home health aides, and trained volunteer. Our clinical staff members are experts in pain control and symptom management. They are committed to providing you with comfort and customized plan for care for each client.
California law requires certain persons to report known or suspected abuse of dependent adults and elders. As a licensed Hospice Care Organization, our employees and staff are considered to be mandated reporters.
